Delete your RadioRelay account

In the app (fastest)

1. Open RadioRelay and sign in.
2. Tap your picture in the top-right corner to open Profile.
3. Tap Delete account, type DELETE, and confirm.

Your account is deleted right away and you’re signed out.

Without the app

Email support@radiorelay.app from the email address you sign in with, with the subject “Delete my account”. We’ll confirm it came from you and delete the account within 30 days, usually much sooner.

What gets deleted

• Your profile: name, email address, sign-in and profile photo.
• Your memberships in departments and groups, and invitations sent to your email.
• Your chat messages and their attachments (photos, audio, files). Each message is replaced by “message deleted” so the conversation still makes sense.
• Your reactions, Responding status, notification settings, blocks and device notification token.
• Your usage analytics and session replays in PostHog.

What we keep

• Radio recordings, transcripts and incident records belong to the department’s relay, not to your account, and aren’t deleted.
• Reports about messages are kept for moderation records, with your name removed.

Deleting your account can’t be undone. To use RadioRelay again, you’d need a new invitation from your department. Questions? See Support or our Privacy Policy.
